Univar showcasing colour range at Food Ingredients Asia 2011

Univar will be presenting its Edicol range of colours as well as a variety of innovative colours derived from natural sources including spiulina, plant and fruit extracts. Visitors to the stand will see how these colours can be used in ice creams, cake icing and frosting.
With its bespoke colour-matching service, Univar is able to manufacture virtually any food-grade colour in any format customers require. Dedicated technical staff ensure that colours will also blend perfectly with other ingredients and will not change during the production process.
