Our Industrial Chemicals Business is the foundation of Univar's Chemical Distribution Business. We provide products and service to a wide range of UK industries including Chemical Processing, Engineering & Transportation.
This activity is managed through four sales regions covering Scotland, North, Midlands and South, each consisting of local warehouses/operations and internal/external sales professionals.
Within Industrial Chemicals sits Univar Solvents - the UK's leading supplier of bulk and packaged solvents. Based at our sea-fed terminal in Cadishead, Manchester, Univar Solvents services a wide range of industries including adhesives, chemicals, coatings, inks & printing and pharmaceuticals. The Cadishead facility offers storage tanks, solvent blending, laboratories, tanker offloading gantries and container filling stations. Key suppliers include BASF, BP, ExxonMobil, Celanese, Dow, Innovene and Methanex.
