What Happens When?
Your Induction will allow you to familiarise yourself with the people, your working environment and culture of our organisation, as well as helping you understand your new role.
Your Induction has already begun within these web pages and hopefully the information we take you through here will give you a head start when you walk through the doors on your first day.
Your Line Manager will discuss your full Induction Programme on your first day, but we've included a checklist so you can familiarise yourself with what will happen during your Induction.
