These values have been distilled from within the organisation to provide a framework for the day to day operations and management of the business. It is the responsibility of everyone to work and behave by these principles to achieve the standards and objectives they set.
Our Core Values are there to guide us in everything we do at work and as such they will form part of our performance review processes. You should therefore take time to discuss these with your Line Manager to help you understand the part you must play in achieving their objectives.
